We started with one question: where is the van?
Zorvexl began as a live school-bus tracking app, built after watching how much of a school day — for parents, drivers, and office staff — was spent on exactly that question. It has since grown into a complete school ERP, but the reason it exists hasn't changed: replace anxiety and phone calls with information everyone can just look at.
The problem every school already knows
Anxious parents
They don't know if the van has left, how far it is, or whether their child is safe.
Constant phone calls
Drivers field 20+ calls every morning. Schools get the same complaints, daily.
No digital records
Attendance tracked on paper. Absent students still picked up by mistake.
No real control
No system to manage routes, stops, or hold drivers accountable.
From one app to one platform
The first version of Zorvexl solved transport: a driver's phone became the GPS device, and parents got a live ETA instead of a phone call. Once that was running in a real school, the same pattern — one clear source of truth instead of a dozen registers — made sense for everything else a school office runs: attendance, fees, admissions, academics, hostel, library, staff and payroll. Zorvexl today is that platform, built specifically for how Indian schools actually operate — not a Western school-ERP template with a translated menu.
What we hold ourselves to
No extra hardware
The driver's own phone is the GPS device. Nothing to install on the van.
Runs on any phone
Built to work on an ordinary ₹5,000 Android phone, not just the latest model.
Isolated per school
One school's data is never visible to another, even on the same platform.
Built for Indian schools
Indian names, addresses, and academic calendars — not a template bent to fit.
